Our breath is connected to every single cell in our body. When one is off, the other suffers. In this episode, we are talking with Nanci Winterhalter, a Professional Yoga Therapist. She and I discuss simple ways to bring our breath and our body into alignment using foundational yoga principles. The good news is: if you can breathe, you can do yoga.
