Unleash Legumes' Versatile Flavors with Mége Posner

So many people ask me, Sara, how can I get to my daily protein requirement without consuming animal products? After recording this episode with Mege, I thought….think of beans like chicken! I often hear people say, I’m so tired of chicken. Yet, many of us are compelled to find a new and different flavorful recipe to prepare it, right?  So I hope this episode opens your mind to the diverse ways you can add a wide variety of legumes to your meals. We know that when beans, peas, and lentils are combined with other foods, the result is a dish with all of the 9 essential amino acids found in animal products.
