Nip It In The Gut

Sara Englis is an experienced health and nutritional coach. She first became interested in nutrition and holistic health after the birth (28 years ago) of her third daughter, who suffered from multiple gut problems. She worked closely with a homeopathic MD for 10 years. As the mother of 4 children, she sought advice from naturopaths, chiropractors, and osteopaths to address their individual ailments to allow their bodies to heal themselves. After many years of teaching herself the basics of nutritional science she enrolled in the Institute of Integrated Nutrition’s certification program and became a licensed health coach in 20012. Since then she has balanced a teaching career and health coaching business and looks forward to helping you take control of your health!
